As we slowly emerge from the cold and dark months of winter and into the light, colourful and warming months of spring. It is a time of new beginnings.
Take some time to consider the intentions and goals you would like to set for the brighter months ahead and enjoy a yoga flow that will invigorate and re-energise the body after the winter slumber.
A great practice to get clear on what you would like to achieve moving forward and to empower yourself to make it happen!
All levels welcome. Class will run from 7.30am - 8.15am and all Bowl and Arrow food and drinks will be available to purchase straight after.
We will have a few mats available to borrow at a first in first served basis.
