Our teacher: Yoga with Mari
Supporting a charity very close to her heart, Mari's belief in the power of movement to heal, express and embrace individuality carries through to her yoga classes - a safe and supportive environment to fall, recover and grow.
Mari has always found salvation in movement; from dance, to circus aerial to yoga, physical expression has been an organic part of her life for many years. With a degree in contemporary dance and experience as a professional dancer, yoga was a natural progression from her extensive experience and knowledge with the dancing body and a deep rooted curiosity in mindfulness and meditation. Having completed her 200 hour hatha/vinyasa yoga TTC in India with Heather Elton Yoga Mari is driven by a profound passion to help and guide others on their yoga journey, amalgamating her love for dance with this beautiful, ancient practice.
Her classes are open to everyone, no previous experience needed. Just turning up on the mat is amazing!
